Would you mind explaining what about the fit you are missing? In the hoods you look good to me. Should you be stretched out more?

Too much weight on my wrists and not far enough forward. Cranks are too short as well.

And do note that I didn't really "fit" the bike yet. Just adjusted the saddle where I think its comfortable, but being that I haven't ridden since October I am not sure I even know what that means right now. Other than that I just maxed the bar height out. Figure I'd spend some more time fitting once I get a stem in, but before I order it even I want to ride it around like this for a good 50+ miles.

I need a second set of pedals as changing them back and forth sucks. I suppose I could put my old Onza's on it and wear my old shoes, but I'd rather have another set of Look Quartz

I think it's your legs that make you look so thin and tall. When your at the bottom of a pedal stroke it always makes people look stretched.

This bike stuff is pretty cool. I only rode mtn bikes though. my knees would get sore on really long rides though. I switched to running as it messed with my knees less.

as for being thin, it's probabaly better than being an obese bastard like me!

:)

I'm down what I would guess to be 30 lbs.

If your knees got sore on a bike its because you were a masher and not a spinner. Running is BRUTAL on the knees in comparison. I was also a mt. biker and swore never to ride one of those gay road bikes, but when you live where I live the story should change. There is a reason Lemond lives and trains out here in teh summer.

My legs are really long

t's spring, and that means motorcycles are back in season. Polaris must be in a buying mood, as the recreational vehicle giant announced that it has purchased Indian Motorcycles. Terms of the sale have not been disclosed, but the move has certainly given Polaris a stronger foothold in the American-made motorcycle market. Polaris also owns Victory, which makes cruiser and tourer bikes that compete directly with models from Harley Davidson.

Polaris hasn't announced any specific plans for Indian Motorcycles, but the post-jump press release does say that the motorcycle maker will operate as an autonomous brand. Polaris CEO Scott Wine says he's excited to be part of the revitalization of America's first motorcycle builder, adding, "With our technology and vision, we are confident we will deliver the classic Indian motorcycle, enhanced by the quality and performance for which Polaris and Victory are known."

everyone told me running was bad on the knees but it really helped me to rehab my knees.

I've never had clip in shoe/pedals either. Just the strap for over my shoes.

The only time I ever have trouble with my knees is when I try to pump on the bike all wild and crazy. If I keep my knees straight and inline I get the same speed with no pain.

Mashing. Terrible for you. Spin, spin, spin. Work your heart first, then muscles. :)

I thought you were spinning when pedaling...*goes to YouTube for clarification*

Sean, I remember you saying you drink a lot of carbonated water.

What are the benefits and disadvantages to it and why do you drink it?

Benefit, I like it and it helped me kick my 12 pack of Mt. Dew a day habit. I now drink no soda. Goes great with food, wonderful with espresso, and is downright refreshing.

Disadvantages is that it is expensive if you buy it, but I make my own. Cost me about $0.01 more per 2 liter than tap water.

I almost forgot how painful it was to have a growing wisdom tooth.

Second one...
