I haven't gained any weight in the last three years, I'm eighteen. I'm guessing on account of my high metabolism.

I eat steak and a salad once a week, pasta / spaghetti once a week, and the rest of the time it's either left overs, or junk food like Inn n out, Mcdonalds, etc.

As far as exercising, for the last three years it's just been dirt biking twice a week.

In the last two months: mountain bike 2-3 times a week, dirt bike 1-2 times a week, and workout for 30-40 minutes every two days.

I've been out of HS for 14 years and haven't worked out since then, and the past couple years have been pretty sedentary aside from the walking I do at work and fuck sessions and I am just now gaining weight, but it mostly has to do with my disease. I was always around 3% body fat and my doctors always told me I should be dead with such a low percentage for my weight, but yeah. I'm just now getting up to 5% and I gained 15 lbs. over the past year, then lost 10 and now have some excess skin around my waist. I am always cold, and no matter what I eat, I don't gain anything. It's nice, but it also sucks too.

Being cold all the time is the worst part of having low body fat. All these people at school wearing tee shirts and I'm freezing my balls off in long sleeves.

Jon, I hope you are okay. I've had a cancer scare many times and it sucks.

i cant afford the colanscilloscope to find out if i have it or not.

started my diet and work out again today.

my doctor ordered some blood work for me because he thinks i may have colon cancer .. but anyway .. the blood work also showed i have low testosterone .. witch is weird cause im pretty manly.

anyway. im not sure if i should start taking my testostron shit from the local store, or wait untill i get a good work out going then get some.. or pay the pucking doctor 100 bucks to tell me what i should take.

I highly doubt anything from a local store with help you with low test, and could possibly cause more harm to your current test levels if its a prohormone.

Mind sharing a bit more info on the product?

Hopefully the blood results are negative for cancer, best of luck man

That's horrible.

I'm still paying my 20% from the last two I had.

I wish I could help you.

Shit, I'll wear 4 layers of Carhartts in the winter and still freeze. I'm not happy unless it's over 80, but I do enjoy the occasional low 50 fall night with no breeze.

Same unless I'm moving. If I'm snowboarding I don't notice the cold at all, but walking from the garage to the building I work at is miserable. All that fucking wind.

I've got no body fat and never get cold. Hell I lived in Chicago for 2 winters and wore a sport coat somedays, but normally just a dress shirt. It never even gets cold there

I see the skar products are officially "underrated" at 600 watts

Pretty much the same here.

There are days when I can have a meal between 15-24 hours, with just one lil snack in between and feel ok. Probably that has to do whit me not being sick for many years. Body just eats all it can, to the fullest, rather than storing it somewhere as fat or just shitting it out due to more food coming down the throat.

But I feel awful when I haven't got any food and I have to heavy work, as to some people can eat just once and work hard the whole day. No energy at all. Gimme something and after 15 mins, charged.

Love my body.

cant look away...
