I like raybans, but after spending 150ish, and having them just break one day puts me in a different thinking. I don't like copies of styles either, so for me it's just going with a different style altogether.

I have prescription oakleys for everyday use, no qualms there.

Yeah I was pissed. I actually got the piece aligned, fiberglassed it together, and sanded smooth. Worked alright but I left them in my buddies car after a road trip and said fuck it.

IMO the MJ lenses are 10x the Oaks. I've had them all but am addicted to the MJ's after having some. The Bronze isn't super dark, but it's dark enough to spend all day on the lake. Gray would be better for fishing in bright light, but you'd be shocked how well the polarization works.
