i know the feeling.. I talk with Russian Engineer on a near daily basis.

While we do understand each other on general levels, when getting into very technical detail.. we sometimes have to set aside an actual day of the week to just focus on something that we could discuss in 30minutes, that will take hours to fully understand the reasoning and how crucial it is to get right.

a friend of mine whats to do a double din hu with nav. what are some good options on the cheaper side?

I don't have any recommendations, but what features does he need?

double din (for cosmetic reasons), touch screen, and gps nav.

I'm not up on double dins, do they all have preamp rcas for front and sub? Is that needed for him?

Handstand pushups are a bitch.

So tired today, I periodically took naps.

same for me.

preamps are pretty standard on most units it seems but that's not really a concern.

Ever seen anyone make the equivalent of a powerstroke lightning?

Sort of have a wild hair to get a truck again, but don't need the truck portion. Just 4wd and power, but getting the big pig down to the ground so it'll handle would be the trick.

Anyone have recommendations for a comfy office chair that breathes?

Aaron???

I want the same thing out do but drafting table hight.

I've seen plenty, but they all used either an airbag suspension or some type of lowering kit, both of which are typically for looks, not performance. If you want the truck to really handle recessing the firewall or a front axle stretch would be the first step, followed by custom suspension front and rear. Dropping the motor and/or trans in the frame would help plenty, as well.

ORLY, $600+ isn't really in the cards. There has to be an alternative.

Go down to Staples/OfficeMax/Office Depot and try an Office Star SPACE Air Grid. They're fairly comfy and affordable.
