Down the road once I have more mass I plan on going keto for a while to drop some bf. Definitely want to give it time to get accustomed, but I'm curious how much (if any) it'll negatively effect my training. If progress plateaus I'll pop back to what I'm doing now, and just use it for losing bf for a few cycles throughout the year.

Slin would probably be easier. Just get a little box and not worry.

I am on metformin. It basically stops the liver from releasing sugar when your blood sugar gets low. My body thinks 80 is uber low(not even close to dangerous really), so my liver shoots out more sugar.
