New contract is ok. 4% first year, 3% second, 3% third ... it's ok. Dental went up from 80% coverage to 90% ... which is huge. Non-union employees is 100% ( ). Ummm what else ... oh, scrapped the early retirement window of course. I get the 4% backpay from June/July/August/September as well. $3500 signing bonus for our office employees as a "gift" ... yeah, fudge you to ... just shows they have money coming out of their asses.

And never agree to help edit a book for a friend. Such a pain in the ass.
