I tip my UPS guy $10 just about once a month

a former roommate worked at UPS sort facility.... he once put his steel toe through 2 Dell monitor boxes.

of course... it really all depends on the area you are in.

I've had minimal problems with UPS. Rather a few problems with Fedex.

I';ve only gotten DHL maybe 3-4 times.

I personaly think that Lynden air freight is the shiznat
