I needs to put some resonators in there, but I'm cheap. With a street port the thing sounds like a small block with some terribly inefficient cams.

Sweet. Put my FC back together today, that bugger is going to be so easy to deaden. Too bad it's the loudest car evar. 3" inlet to a racing beat muffler split to two 2.5" straight pipes all the way back. It sounds like it should be fast, but alas, no.

I know the feeling, I ran a 68 Ford 390 (bored 0.60") with a .55" cam lift and enough duration to make any Harley jealous with straight super-comp headers and no pipes period. Loud enough to make tools shake in the back seat, could still hear my 3 1500w JBL's at the time, sort of.

A noise ordinance and fix it ticket stopped my fun though. Wish I was still 15 again!
