Header is totally broken.

It was re welded but with a MIG welder not a TIG. Stupid people.

Not i have to get it re welded because its cracked pretty much all around the one tube.

I think its because the exhaust hangers are broken and there was to much stress on that joint.

It's about time I'm actually able to get on here.

So, I'm at work today putting together a starter. It's a Delco 42MT. Big mother, about 35-40lbs. Anyways, I have it sitting on top of the vise and I'm assembling it, almost together when I drop a bolt. Bend over to pick it up and next thing I know, I'm on the ground with a splitting headache and a coworker looking at me with a frightening look on his face. Long story short, the damn thing fell off the vice and knocked me right in the damn head. Hurt like a mofo. After it hit the ground, it bounced up off the concrete and proceeded to make a nice gash in my leg and knee. I didn't know 35lbs. of steel and copper could bounce off some concrete.
