this evening's to do list.

Steve we are all here for you.

Unfortunately, some lessons are only learned the hard way and when it's too late.

Absolutely. It is unfortunate, it's a terrible loss and I hate to say it ... but it likely saved a few more lives down the road.

steve, i know you and i dont see eye to eye on a lot of things these days, but i still consider you a close friend online, so if u need anything let me know. always have been and always will be here if u need anyone to talk to or anything like that. That goes for the rest of you also. especially u kent. if u wanna call me or something send me a pm and i'll send ya my number.

vladd come on I'm excited.

Good friend managed to OD on E last night.

It's called dilutional hyponatraemia ... it's hot out, so you drink, brain swells from the excess water ... go into a coma and die.

Makes me sick.  What makes me even more sick is that it takes something like this for people to realize, chit, maybe I shouldn't go out every weekend and get hammered.  Seems to always be the case.

What a dumbass ... thought he was invincible.

Uh, yeah.  He's dead.

well steve, it looks like we're in the same boat then. My good friend called me earlier today. She had to tell me that her husband, one of my good friends died last night

She found him face first in his bathtub, the bathroom was locked so she broke off the doornob and looked in and saw him. she knew it was too late but busted down the door and thats what she saw. her loved one face first. we dont really know what happened but we do know it was an overdose. we also think it might have been aided by the medications he was on... we're waiting for the autopsy.

it wasn't what i wanted to hear this morning. but i guess there really are no good times. im still kind of in shock. theres really no rain or sunshine today. its a weird feeling

my thoughts are with you. talk to me about it sometime if you want. i could probably use someone to talk to

regards

why the edit?

i can only hope that after reading eugenics (sex cells) post that the old cliche isn't true.....death always comes in three.

i want to apologize if my previous post was a bit overboard. this time of year and this subject has been touch and go for me for the last 14 years. so if i seem, or type, a bit parenty, counceling or whatever, it's my way of dealing with a situation that has owned me for many years. i have to let it out, for keeping it in causes nothing but heartache, grief and anger. and that stuff i don't need in my life, especially anger.

that said.....
