Only boat I have been pulled over in is my old cruiser, 30' Sea Ray Sundancer. I don't think they could tell if it was running or not hardly...

If it had a safety lanyard they would. You have to pull it and hold it in the air for them to view :(

I sat one day for two hours waiting on one young fookhead. He asked repeatedly where my safety lanyard was, and why I didn't have it attached to me. And I answered repeatedly in 1956 when My motor was manufactured. They didn't know a gawd damn thing about a safety lanyard. He had to call someone to verify it :Doh: I was peaved and laughing all at the same time :)

I was sitting here trying to figure out how to type the sucking sound he makes with his teeth :D
