At the moment, I'm 5'9" and 175 lbs ...  Before surgery, I was usually between 110 and 125 lbs ...  Skinniest I've been was when I was 15; 5'7" and 82 lbs ...  That was back when they didn't know what was wrong with me ...

When I was 15, I was 6'5" and 130lbs, now 6'7" 225, yep 2 inches and nearly 100lbs and still thin. I was a rail.
