How thick of a baffle fits?

I haven't taken off my doors, but I am sure they look like

that's how mine look...

only, i mounted the mid to the factory location...twas no big thing at all. just have to make your own screw holes...

you can get away with 1/2" under there...but 1/4" will be lots easier..

and the door is easy to take off...

Did you do anything "tricky" on your trucks fs install?

Aargh, SP was out of the wiring harness's for my truck and they are $20 in town.

i got back to FL yesterday evening, but i wont get back to AZ until August

i do have friends in phoenix though who could help me/you out

Not really actually - pretty easy vehicle to install into.

Just watch you don't slice the crap out of your hands on those door panels.

Kent is right about 1/4" being easier to work with. May as well dampen those panels once they're off as well (if you have any material around). Cheap GM plastic.

I've got lots of Raamat/Ensolite on the way and a wad of 3M thinsulate acoustic insulation. Going to be deadened and sealed off to run true IB. Hopefully I will get the doors deadened on Sat.

Since you have no "finished" pics I assume that the stock door grill covered them just fine? Looks like a 3/4" baffle, any clearance troubles?
