  • Chill- Lemme break it down as simple as I can on some of us here. The IHoP is like a big dysfunctional family. -M5 would be the uncle everyone respects and takes advice from. We may not like how he p

i need to bring the rear deck up here so i can fiberglass on it in my free time

i'm going to try to put some breathing holes in it, and some in the front hood

both are spares, free to fudge up

i'm wearing shanna's shorts right now

but they're mesh basketball shorts, so i don't think it counts as cross dressing

i wonder how hard the stratus hood is going to be to bend back

and painting will be a female dog, i'm tempted to just get one of the hood wind deflectors and say fudge it

Lesson for the day:

NEVER EVER cutout the sub on the exact cutout diameter.

Alway add at least 1/8" extra.

That way you wont spend an ectra 30 min with a jigsaw trying to get it to fit

lawl that's what Jeremy did with that infamous box.

i cut the ava's at 11 instead of 11.125, it fit perfectly.

you didn't shower today.

overslept this morning, on SSA while I showered.

He just guessed i think

I still cant believe that sub actually fit in the hole

i've been known to fit things in holes that were way too small, you just keep at it till it works, sometimes you gotta get the hole drunk...that can help

:lazy:

nice bro

I need to start studying for tomorrow's final.

Maybe we can bug Ramos to help us with the paint...I need to talk to him about that naval jelly stuff for the drip rail job now that he's seen it. Would be a good project for when I come back up for good in August.

I'll be back in B'burg next week though for a couple days.

eh i think he's got more than enough on his plate for now, and i do too for that matter.

what do you need to know about naval jelly though??

Its fun to work with, smells pretty (nasty), i like to get it on my fingers but it burns like a mother if you have a cut anywhere

I basically need an extra set of eyes watching what I'm doing so I don't fudge up anything too badly; I'm not familiar at all with finish/prep work so I don't know what I'm doing.

Is naval jelly what REQ's gonna be using soon?

naval jelly is easy jim, put it on rust, it'll make rust go away, put it on anything else...and...prepare for a lot more work

Its mostly just going to be crawling your ass up there and cleaning everything, that is what i would fear

loud software etc nerd on his cell is killing me.

GOSH

Is that the stuff you put in your belly button

Eff that, I'll use a ladder and go slowly.

But you're right, the whole rear side of that rail needs to be cleaned before any primer goes on it.
