I hope yall stay mad and fight to the death. Far more entertaining than cooling down.

i need help, anyone here familiar with the chevy key security thingy? my bro-in-law has a 96 monte carlo and it has this pieces of metal in the key, keeps it from starting and is going bad, sometimes takes him an hour to start the car, we want to just disable it but i can't get crap from google cause i don't even know what the system is called

Anyone here ever had Nutella ?

Have some at home and of course the buffet here has it for breakfast. Best on toast with butter. Euro Bfast. Not anywhere near as crazy as the other chit they eat in the AM.

The black security thing on the key itself?  That the thing where you stick it in another car and it won't allow that vehicle to start for a period of time (an hour?) ... theft device?

Its black with a metal strip in it

Get a new key.

Its stupid but makes it hard to steal the car

nobody would steal this car it's a POS, remember we live in a place much like what you've seen on....hmm deliverance, therefore ppl don't steal much from ppl around here, we all know each other

we just need to disable it, he's fed up with it

AFIAK you cant.

Looking at getting a Ninja250R. Perfect for someone like me who has NO riding experience. Gets 68mpg too! Big plus. Insurance is cheap, they are light and agile, and not enough power to get too much speed going, but I have talked to a couple people who've owned them and they say they are rather quick.

I think this will fit me nicely as it allows for plenty of room to upgrade, yet not go overboard, and I've always like the older, small displacement GP bikes from the mid to late 80s and early 90s.

Got the new edition of CA&E today. Tested two amps with "ICE" power. Eclipse and Pioneer PRS. THe Eclipse had sad response below 40Hz and the Pioneer wasn't worth a shit above 12K. WTF???!!! They claim full range and list it on the specs, and they are CEA compliant. THis upsets me. I guess we need a standard spec for frequency response as well on the CEA chart.
