Ya... I think I might get into the property ownership by teaming with one of my brothers and get some revenue properties... like a duplex/triplex/fourplex. Live on one side, rent the other out for a while, and go from there.

Then build a big ass garage outside of the city... we have nothing but space here.

In 50,000 miles of operation going from 35mpg to 25mpg costs you a whopping $1500 at that price. Who gives a chit about that, in the 900-1700 hours (60mph/30mph) you will be sitting in your car I'd much rather enjoy it and feel comfortable, hell its only a buck an hour.
