Ramos - you have those Dayton silk dome tweets in the tracker, yes?

These 'uns?

I have a few Q's about 'em...

Yep , what you want to know ? :)

How do you think the vertical dispersion is?

I'm trying to decide between these (cheeep) or going the expensive route (planars).

Are you doing a line array with them?

Yar.

It might be worth buying an ND20 to test, since they have such a small faceplate and are so cheap it might be an option. I have not heard one yet, the next time I order from PE I am going to get a pair for chits and gigggles.

Pretty good I would have to say. Mine are mounted on the floor 42" below ear level. Aimed at each other, so the listener is way off axis, and considerably above them. tilted a a 22 degree angle backwards. You have heard the height, and depth of the stage . I would say they have pretty good dispersion period . :)

42" is a long ways down, did you raise your seats??? I am not sure I could get them that low in my truck, but I do tend to underestimate my size sitting down.

Surprisingly no , The damn seats sit way up off the floor. There is like 8" of clearance underneath the seats. Was toying with the idea of mounting a 10" under each seat at one time :)

I was thinking more like MMMMMMMM T MMMMMMMM or something like that. So I'd only need one per channel. But that's going to be hard on a regular silk dome :(

Fook kicks in the bat cave. Let's build a whole new dash :OhYeah: Center channel sub FTMFW :)

Some legatia L3's on custom enclosures at the base of each windshield pillar :OhYeah::)

Matt's Stratus would be better than the bat cave for that, has a deeper dash :)

Using a little M then I presume?

4's.

Depth is like two car lengths in front of the hood :OhYeah:

Hey, if you want to do it for free...

Yours is perfectly flat though isn't it ? Got that tall windshield with very little rake, and a big smooth radius to the glass ? Sounds pretty sexay to me :)

I have almost ordered a set of those a few times, not sure where I put them but most likely in the kicks in the truck with a passive to the LPG.

There's a little hump over the gauges, but it's nowhere near as bad as Dave's.

I'd prefer to do the dash thing, but know that they would get my truck jacked parking in Chitown.
