after i get the nicotine beaten... i'm gonna have to go on a major diet.

been eating like a fat chick that's been dumped seven times too many.

I'll make it through this week.

then start the working out next week.

well, I kinda gotta cut back the drinking before I start the diet.

and I gotta start the diet before i start the working out.

and all of that needs to get in place by the end of this month.

cause I gotta week on the beach coming up in late may. cant be quite as much of a tubby then.
