Gah I wish it was Beer 30. I have workout in an hour and I am so beat from running a mile yesterday (personal best @6:46) then Leg pressing over 600 pounds and we're supposed to run 3 miles today

nice press especialy after running. I used to do 3 miles in 20 min 40 seconds on average.

But I was a fat bastard, did sled leg press for 1200-1500 depending on reps. Vertical leg press was much much less.
