I've been pretty rough on this one, as well. All the radios draw a lot more idle current than I'd like, not a problem when I was driving it more regularly...but I really need a low-voltage cutoff on there and a solar float charger now when it's sitting.

So if go digital coax out to a processor would i lose volume control like with a fiber optical signal?

What I really should do is drop the battery tray a few inches and put a Group 31 under the hood...I have a ton of room in there, but the stock tray position is pretty high up.

I can try, but you're either going to find a decent deal on a rust bucket that needs a ton of work or pay out the ass for a car in good condition

I can try, but you're either going to find a decent deal on a rust bucket that needs a ton of work or pay out the ass for a car in good condition

For now I'm mostly thinking about how much will one that needs work will cost me so I can start saving up (easier to save money if I have a certain goal)

The 69 is on the top of the list of what i'd like. 67-68 are in a close second. Are those easier to find and / or cheaper ? Not looking for those special series and engine codes. I don't care about getting matching numbers.
