Progress so far with the mids :

Just threw them on as much on-axis as possible. Drivers side was modified since the picture so that it doesn't interfere with the clutch pedal at all.

So far tonality is excellent. The stage is wide but still a lot more to tune to raise it and improve focus. Spent ~30 minutes listening and tuning

I still haven't found a pair of kickpanels local so I can chop them up and start fiberglassing

There is a pair on ebay so I might sau eff it and buy off ebay.

The easy buttin is supposed to be tuned to ~10hz from that I was reading, did I miss something?

I'd search for plans for something that has already been built and reviewed. Not trivial to design your own.

I think you need to learn how to turn the camera either to a higher Fstop so that the depth of field is more or put it on point focus and focus on the target for the picture.

I just bought replacements for the M, both kicks, both sails with drivers, two ashtrays, and a 4 button window switch (pass rear didn't work from up front) for $78 shipped.

Which means the Excels are now sitting in my basement. Eventually they will be either sunroom or office speakers matched up with the 27T's I bought from Matt.
