Just a quick question, didn't feel like taking up memory with a whole new thread. I have an ex-cab f-150 and I am going to take the rear seat out. I was wondering what do most of yall do to secure the box to the floor? I was thinking some bolts though the wood and metal. If there is a better way please explain.

Just bolts. You could even probably use the factory seat mounting holes.

employees' cars and have decided these folks will be the ones to let go.

I can't think of a more fair way to approach this problem. They voted

for change...... I gave it to them.

yup. the whole design of my part of the company is changing. So my job doesn't exist as of september 1. So in order to have a job I will have to apply for the "new positions". Though in the meeting in which we were told that this was happening, they talked about how my job isn't going to change much at all in it's basic function.
