That wasn't nearly as bad as they made it seem. I figured the car would be totally destroyed or something. That was like the least amount of damage possible in a race crash.

That is one of the hardest little turn stretches at any track, though.

And the heavy storms are coming tonight AGAIN. Should be here in probably 3 hours. This one had ping-pong ball sized hail for 15 minutes reported earlier. Luckily I still have a garage for a few more days to park my Explorer in.

This is a very stormy summer, even for Kansas. But what has been surprising is the lack of tornadoes. Seems like nearly every storm like this in Kansas produces tornadoes historically, but I haven't heard of any in a long time.

We have had two showers that some people were bitching about, and those of us with at least one monsoon season under our belts just laughed at. I mean it was only 1" of rain.
