I got chris at fishercustoms.com to design me box for 2 BL 18's. Its little over 18 cubes before port and sub and around 15 after, tuned to 33hz. Port is 10.5" wide. Figured i would post up design, hopefully i will have it built next couple weeks. We been workin 7 days a week, so as soon as i get a break, will get started on it.

How tall is the port?

i cant "screw work", LOL. Thats whats paying for my audio, plus i just worked all day sunday for double time, so maybe i will order my other sub this week. Then my other amp next week. I am hoping to start box tomorrow, if i get up in time. I work from 3pm til 2am, so kinda sucks trying to get some stuff done in afternoon

98 expedition, its like 48" wide, x 36d, its as wide as truck, and i wanted to keep about 6-8 inches from back door for port. will go over my back seat about an inch or 2. And for now i wanted to keep my back seat. If i like it, someday i may go with 4 bl 18's, but want be anytime soon. I am ready to get the 2 in there already

I went ahead and ordered my other BL 18 just now. Got 1 sheet of mdf sunday and will get started this week on box. will post pics as i get going. very anxious to get these now. LOL
