Then practice on something that won't cost you $100 to fix

Very few people actually re-use all of the soft parts, usually surrounds don't come off in one piece in such a way you can epoxy them back on.

Leave it to the professionals, otherwise, you'll have the biggest paperweight you can get your hands on

That picture is of just the basket. He uses that old basket for a cut out template as the baskets are exactly the same. He is not putting in or taking out soft parts.
