November 5, 200816 yr That gives us 6.55 cubes gross to work with. That will be plenty of airspace. What vehicle will this be going in?
November 5, 200816 yr Author its going back in my 02 deville... power is 2 sundown 1500ds @ 2 ohms. I had it previously in a chambered t line which I was told it wasn't the best box for my application. I kept blowing it even when there was no clipping whatsoever, gains were set very carefully and all... if this box turns out fine I will need a box for 2 of sundowns big boy 15's in a 76 caprice. when I get my other 2 1500ds.
November 5, 200816 yr Typically, most common in trunk cars is sub and port back. I can only think of a couple enclosures we ever ported out of the side. Dont recall getting any feedback as to how it compared to port back.
