Just like the title says, I'm planning on getting an Fi Q12, dual 1 ohm with BP power. I was planning on running it off of this at 2 ohms. Will this power it properly? Also, will I need to do any electrical upgrades such as the big three upgrade or a red top battery under the hood? As of now, I'm running off of my stock alternator which puts out 120a and my stock battery.

The Big 3 and a better battery certainly won't hurt you. That amp will be a great match to the Q.
