Hello all, Im new. Recently bought a used Fi BL 15" off someone online, when it was shipped to me the magnet was broken in two pieces. While I belive the rest of the sub is still good, im looking to replace the magnet. So my questions are

Where can I get a replacement magnet?

and Is it easy to take of the old one and put on the new one?

You'll have to send it back to Fi. It has to be demagnetized to be repaired.

Unless you have the proper equipment to do that, I wouldn't try to fix it on your own.

Id contact FI and dont touch it more than boxing it up and sending it in the magnent can and will hurt you if you try and mess with it
