BassBox does not account for a slot port.  Just a square port.  I use it as a reference for port area, then simply enter 0 for the volume the port displaces, figure out my vent length for desired tuning, then add the interior port walls to the miscellaneous objects inside the enclosure to account for their displacement and BINGO!

thats what I did. 'cept i forgot to send the expanation along to Denim whenI sent him the scanned printouts.

i only mean that the bottom of the port is the bottom of the box.

you only need to attach the port sides & top.
