I already have most of those songs on my ipod but I will check out the ones I don't have!

Just got bored and took a pic of the internals.

Pretty beefy for a little 750.

Ran most of the wires this afternoon, took about 4 hours.

I still have some speaker wire to run for the back deck speakers, and the front door speakers.

I brought my box outside and loaded it in the trunk real quick and let it get some REAL power.

Gains about a quarter of the way up.

And good god I was chitting bricks when I heard it, and I didn't even have it cranked up.

My buddy that helped me build the box came and checked it out, he said its the loudest he's ever heard.

My car sounded like a tin can full of mints rattling around but I will fix that soon.

The only concern I have is my sub is still making the noise it made when I had it hooked up to my home stereo except its allot more noticeable on the kicker.

The only way I can describe the noise is like a slap, I would say tinsel slap but the leads are woven under the spider...

Finally I'm done!

It sounds real good

Volume 25/35

Gain 1/2 of the way up

:)

I really need to fix the license plate rattle, its terrible.

I went to let my buddy hear it and he lives about 3 blocks away, I let him hear it and my parents called me and said they could hear it from the house!

But I will take pictures and videos tomorrow!

edit:

I'm not too sure on where to set the gains?

If a amp is rated @ 750rms at 2 ohms how much is it putting out with gains half way up?

And gains all the way up?

I'm just trying to set them right.

  • 3 weeks later...

turn your gains down and dont use the system until you can use a dmm to tune it, or have a shop help you out. dont risk you equipment on a guess just for a little bit of happiness. a long lasting tune/setup will bring a lot more to you.
