How big do the sheets of MDF come in?

Like 8x5 or something?

I'm going to pick up some tomorrow for the box build this weekend and I'm wondering if 1 sheet will do the job.

I also just tried Cutlist, its a nice little app.

I like the cutlist program gives optimal layouts and accounts for blade width.

Not trying to thread jack but there is no point in making another thread to ask one question.

What kind of screws do I need and how many?

I like 1&5/8" Dry wall screws and how many depends on enclosure remember they are there only to hold the wood together while the glue drys. I Usually space them about 4" apart. Also dont forget to predrill holes.
