will i need an extra bat for a 12" FI Q, and the amp is dls a6 mono amp, about 1000 wats rms. my current bat is a bit small because my car is also small, lol.

No that depends on alot of things...you should DO THE BIG 3, maybe upgrade the battery. what kind of car are we talking? whats the stock alternator?

sorry but i don't know what the stock alternator is. and my car is a TOYOTA VIOS, it has a 1.3 engine. but i doubt if you know that car. i'll find out what my stock alternator is after new year, because there's no work right now.

i'am looking on kinetik, and thinking about hc800 coz hc1400 is expensive.

I would say just a redtop under your hood. They have a faster recharge rate so even with a small alt it should keep a nice charge.

which is better, red top or a kinetik hc800?
