i'am planing on buying a FI Q. i' am just worried because i will ship it to another country and i might have trouble with it if it has a defect or when it gets broken. does FI get this kind of problem? wherein the costumer returns the subs because it has a defect? or you just get this once in a while?

they can send you a recone or you can send the woofer to fi to have it reconed if you blow it, i assume that's what you mean by defect... i guess if the basket or motor were damaged in shipping that would be a bone to pick with the shipping service.

yeah, but what im worried about is the shipping and time. i know they will fix it if there's a prob. does fi have this kinds of problems often?

thanks man! i think im gona take that risk.

Great build quality. If you respect your equipment, it will do the same to you.

If you abuse it..it will break.

If it's a shipping company issue, then we'll take it up with the shipping company.

But at the end of the day you are the one behind the controls to the sub, subs are dumb..they simply do what you tell them to do.
