I found out that http://www.Darvex.com offers everything needed for your car audio setup, but i dont know everything i need. I know i need my alternator (ebay) batteries (Darvex) 1 Gauge Wiring (Darvex) but i dont know what else.

Width: 40 inches

Depth: 28 inches

My goals:

I just want to have a loud sound system, so I pretty much want to max out my maxima for a budget of $2500, this includes the subs, amps, comp speakers, deck, raammat, wiring, batteries, and alternator(s). Pretty much, I just want to get loud, and possibly enter in SPL competitions. I also like showing off to, and making my system be heard from many blocks away.

My possible setups, let me know which is better for the maxima:

SETUP 1:

2 Fi BL 12" on a Sundown 3000d, custom box tuned to specified frequency

Polk 6.5 Component Speakers with tweeters

RaamMat

Irragi 250 amp alternator

1 yellow top start up battery, with a powermaster 1200d battery in the trunk

SETUP 2:

2 SSA Icon 12" on a Sundown 3000d, custom box tuned to specified frequency

Polk 6.5 Component Speakers with tweeters

RaamMat

Irragi 250 amp alternator

1 yellow top start up battery, with a powermaster 1200d battery in the trunk

SETUP 3:

3 SSA Icon 12" on a Sundown 3000d/Sundown 1500d, custom box tuned to specified frequency

Polk 6.5 Component Speakers with tweeters

RaamMat

Irragi 250 amp alternator

1 yellow top start up battery, with a powermaster 1200d battery in the trunk

SETUP 4:

3 Fi BL 12" on a Sundown 3000d/Sundown 1500d, custom box tuned to specified frequency

Polk 6.5 Component Speakers with tweeters

RaamMat

Irragi 250 amp alternator

1 yellow top start up battery, with a powermaster 1200d battery in the trunk

Which one of these setups would be best to pursue my goal? And also what electrical items do i need to power everything? Please let me know, thank you, and I planned my building about now with my lexus, but that lexus got sold for extra cash, so I got a maxima and made about 700 bucks from selling the lexus. Thanks again.

what about 1 Fi BTL on a 3000D? Other than that, I'd get option 3, except I'd change them to 10" woofers too allow the correct amount of box space.

if your going spl just get 1 18 or 2 15s and you will pound BTLS no BL

i know but i got a budget, and 1 btl would work, but 2 wouldnt unless i got a chitty 3k amp, but i thought 3 Bls would hit hard for my budget

If you're on a budget then get things in moderation so you can add more later when you are not really tight on money. ALSO not everyone wants to hear you from a block away.

You should also consider DC Power Inc for your alternator. I believe his prices are better than Irragi and the quality is top notch. My alternator is a DC Power 250amp and does 140amps at idle. My ride is also a 1997 Maxima so I know he has one that fits your car !! http://www.dcpowerinc.com . The phone number is on the webpage, give Robbie (the owner) a call, he will hook you up. Not all his alts are listed on the page so don't be discouraged if you don't see it listed. He ships quickly also.

Bob.

for a 3000d doesn't sundown recommend at least 1 group 31 sized battery?

Two
