alright its been quite a while since i have been on here but i saw that a recone link was added to the fi page....though it doesnt work its still progress.....so i have 2 12" Qs and the one has a fried tinsel lead and burnt spider....the other one just has a hole in the dust cap...i dont know how the kid did it but its pretty large...so what im asking is should i just send the one in and have you guys fix it and just buy a new dust cap then?

One of two things can be done... we can send you the parts to try and repair them, or they can be sent in for us to do. Provided everything else is OK with the subs and we can replace the lead and cap on one and the cap on the other, you are looking at about $25 plus return shipping for them.

well what i was really kinda wondering is if sent my one in with the burned tinsel leads and spider and you fix it then you just send another dust cap with it when you return ship it...cuz i just got traded my 2 dd 3512es just to fix my q and to run 2 qs.....honestly i just love it the sq is great and people are astounded with the numbers i hit at such low freqs....so i guess ill just send it in and hope i can just pay you for another dust cap and i can fix that myself
