The brown note is an infrasound frequency that is said to cause humans to lose control of their bowels due to resonance. There is no scientific evidence to support the claim that a "brown note" (transmitted through sound waves in air) exists.

Frequencies supposedly involved are between 5 and 9 Hz which is below 20 Hz, the lower frequency limit of human hearing. High power sound waves below 20 Hz are felt in the body, not heard by the ear as sound.

just had to add that from wiki you better watch out for your bowels lol thats geat

Myth busters busted the brown note theory. Although one could argue it happens at a much higher SPL level than what they were able to achieve. Episode 25

What's up with Soundstream??

so anyways.....I ordered a Soundstream Human Rein Unleashed 4...found out it is not being released

to Canada this year...so I ordered the Reference series 4 channel (160w rms X 4) and I am told I have

to wait 3 months for this unit before it is released

(Take in mind these products are now on the Soundstream product line on the web site)

so I tell my dealer to get me one of last years Human Rein Crypt 4 amps...once again

not available in Canada :bull:

I could have ordered from the US and gotten raped on the exchange/shipping and would not have

the warranty service of a local dealer

I got so frustrated with the whole thing I ended up with two JBL 1004 amps...these will be

each bridged as two channel ...the components will be receiving just over 300w rms X 4

just over 1200w rms on the components :drink40:

that should keep up to the four 15's
