It'll be ok. Manufacturer recommendations are just that, recommendations. They aren't concrete walls that you can't go past. It's just where they think the sub sounds the best and can handle the power they rate it for.

i added some brace so i think it cut down on the size a lil.. thanksfor all the answers i would be doing the instal in like 2 weeks from now i would let u guys know how that goes...
