First off hello everyone.

I have been browsing the forums for a while, and i really never post.

I guess got a little too excited and sent payment for an enclosure before discussing it on here. haha

the enclosure was for two alpine alpine swr-1222d's in a 4 cube enclosure @ 32 Hz.

my question is, what would you (or anyone else) recommend for tuning. is 32 good enough for getting 'loud' and somewhat low on music?

i also plan on firing towards the cabin and sealing it from the rest of the trunk.

kind of like this

A local shop quoted me ~$250, and they said the enclosure would sound better facing the rear? im not too sure about that one. what do you think?

here's a lil pic of the space i have to play with

Also, do you build amp racks?

thanks for your time

32Hz is a good daily setup. Whether or not it will sound good facing one way or another will be up to you. Try both ways.
