I have a memphis 16-2000d amp and it has no fuses. If i use a 300 amp inline fuse in the power wire and hook that straight up to the amp will that be ok?

    it needs a 200 amp fuse on the power wire near the amp. that what the manual says.

    I would add the second fuse by the amp since it doesn't have any internal fusing.
