March 10, 200916 yr "glued only" boxes are a lot of fun though , I say go for it ! aplying the right amount of pressure is a big thing when glue is dryng , the glue I use needs 2,5kg per cm2 minimum and a good room temp .I wouldnt recommend D4 glue (the kind that foams up) rather a white D2 woodglue that dries up transparant ,you'll need a thight fit for it but will be a lot stronger
March 10, 200916 yr Author ok box came out great, only used about 20 screws, (it was cold) came out great no leaks, and strong as hell. proper bracing was installed, and went smoooooth.and let me tell you.... its loud!
