If you can afford it, PowerMaster alternators are one of the best.

Well before we get to an ALT, have you upgraded your big 3 and gotten an after maerket battery?

On a system such as yours these are 2 things you definatly should be looking into.

welll no but when i get the alt im upgrading the big 3...and i havent got the system yet..just my plans..lol just thinkin a little ahead beins im havin to replace it ya kno...and i am getting a HC1800 up front and a HC3800 for a secondary

ive decided on 250a Mechman...sound good?? they're one of the only ppl i can find that puts out a little more at idle :)

That should be good. Make sure to add a couple of Group 31 batteries (like the D3100) along with that alternator upgrade.

i plan in getting a HC1800 up front and a HC3800 as a secondary batt....right now i have 2 kicker shallow mounts behind my seat...if i order just the HC1800 it wouldnt hurt that batt or anything right?? im gonna do the big three when i put the alt on...

i didnt know if usuing one batt with that big of an alternator would cause an issue..i kno stupid question i figured it wouldnt...it i like to make sure...beins i dont kno much bout alternators and batts....lol
