I have a 2004 GS300 and my trunk is sealed off from the cabin, and have never owned a car that seats didnt fold down and this cars' doesnt and doesnt have a passthrough through the rear arm rest either..

So this may be a stupid question but will i get enough bass in the cabin of my car? I plan on ordering a 12'' Fi BL dual 2ohm ported probably at 32hz.. 1000w at 1ohm..

Thanks

you can try cutting a few holes in the rear deck to help get the bass in.

Or i was considering the 15 Q instead so i can hit lower. sealed with BP. id be putting 1000w on either.

Which would you suggest I get i know Q is for sq and the BL is spl.

But if you had to choose the 12 BL or 15 Q?

Im only trying to take up about 2 cubic feet. and the 12 ported can use a 2 cubic foot box and 15 sealed can also.

i've never had any experience with subs in a sedan. but i'm sure youll get enough base with either sub, and i know you'll be happy with either one, especially the Q.

i recommend the Q personally, i own one in my small SUV, though mine is a 12" but i love it. sounds soooo crisp and clean in a 1.5cuft sealed box.

and if worse comes to worse you can cut a small port in your rear deck (under the rearwindow, above/behind the seat) and it'll help alotttttt.
