April 3, 200916 yr I'm sure not everybody bought is directly from TermLab...you dont get it. the software is useless without the mic. Sure you could possibly bit torrent the software but it would do nothing for you. And the only way you can get a TL meter from someone other than Termlab is if you buy it used from someone who purchased it from Termlab.
