What is the best amp i could get for the Fi Q at a 2ohm load for about 250 dollars?

get the zx kicker 1000 and wire it to 2ohms!

kicker amps are your best bet for wiring at 2 ohms.

You should really define what you mean by best so that you can get the information you need. Just my .02 baised on the dollar amount, if you can add a little more you can get a Kicker zx1000.1, or check the sundown section for used or B stock.

well i pm shizzzon and he said he loved the amps... he said they are perfectly rated and are beasts... so idk where you got the wrong impression from him that they arent good

my fi q is also dual 1 ohm. Im running it at 2ohms on a ED nine.1. Which gives it around 900 at 12v and a bit more at 14v. Sounds great
