hi i just bought my fi sub yesterday and took the dvc 2 ohm and was wondering if a hifonics brutus bxi2010d would do the job or should i go with a more powerful amp like the bxi 2408d or simply another brand.. please let me know whats your opinion on that issue

dont rely on hifonics cause its the cheapest solution.

alot of great amps out there.

anything from 2k-3k should be good enough. i advise 3k if you know what your doin.

Not a big fan of hifonics. try memphis, sundown, fosgate if you have the coin.

Use To Be A Fan Of Hifonics When I Thought They Were Amazing

Once I Got More Into Car Audio And Knew Alot More About It Found Out They Are Wayyyyyyy Underated

For Example An Amp That Supposably Is Rated At 2000 Watts Only Puts Out Around 1000- 1300

I Would Go With Either Sundown, Audio Que, Pioneer Premier, Or Fosgate As Well.

Those Amps Wont Let You Down :)
