Posted March 28, 200520 yr this just in, just found out today when i got some new h2's in, they changed the surround to a foam style surround that is taller. I was like wtf, whats this all about, and emailed my buddies at tech support to find out.my questions:whats the deal with the new surround on the h2's? any advantages? Reason for design change? They seem to look like they will allow more excursion, but thats all from looks.shanehis reply:More power handling, and greater excursion, 32mm nowohhhh, cant wait to test!!! got someone testing at sbn, hehehe. will have pics soon.

March 29, 200520 yr Heh, 32mm of total linear movement. As if the original 15" sub didnt move enough. Curious to see some vids of the excusion, maybe slightly higher SPL scores too??
March 29, 200520 yr my friend has 2 h2 15's with an orion1500 going to each of them and he hits so hard and deep omg.........and now they increased the xmax.......o baby i have to get in contact with him to see if he knows about this80going to put a pic in my avatar of his setup
