so i have been tracking my shippment and it finaly got over the border and into windsor. but all of a sudden it is back in the states no in ilinios? what does this mean and am i going to have to pay more dutie on top of this?

Maybe it went to their main distribution location and the route to get there crossed over for a little bit?

Not sure what the deal is with that. I have my rep looking into it to see whats going on.
