How long does it usually take for turn around on emails? I've sent one to the sales and recone emails for Fi over a week ago and haven't heard anything. I had the problem with the aluminum plug busting through the dust cap and am hoping to get it fixed soon as i've been going after this for about a month now.

ya i sent it with a nice long explination. I had talked to nick a little bit about it before but then communications stopped for some reason. Its tough not having the bump for so long.
