August 11, 200916 yr 1996 Volvo 850 Non-TurboEither gonna get a regular 100 amp Bosch or a H.O. alt. but don't want to really pay the priceHelp, thanksive had the same problems with volvos. i cant find an alternator higher than 100-120 amps for my 99' S70.i have heard however that (atleast where i live) there is a guy that you can take your stock alternator too and he will re-wire it or do something to beef it up. im looking into that.
