Also, based on everything, what should i set my amp levels to for it? I have this picture that someone suggested i use for my chit, but my sub doesn't hit hardly with these settings Something else i don't get is, the screw is one long line and one shorter line, which is suppose to line up with these arrows?

How did you come about these measurements. I would have a hella time findin 15.4375 on a measuring tape. Anyway if your measurements and 3.9 is your internal volme it would be tuned around 39 hertz

On the SubSonic filter put it around 35 Hz since the box is tuned around 39 Hz.

33-35 would be ok for the SSF. Just play some bass with really low music in it and watch the excursion. . .

Try "Gucci Mane - Cuttin Off Fingaz" thats got pretty low bass to test with, be carefull
